Personally StyleGala is my favourite as it is so much more than just a css gallery. The rss feeds keep me up to date with everything that is going on in the css world and even the ads are useful. That’s not to mention the articles, css reference and book reviews.

A great article on the use of PNG graphics in your website in which you’ll find some excellent css code snippets for overlaying text over graphics. I’ll be using this on my next project for sure.
